My response begins at once. I will
• ask you what you want the web site to accomplish.
• determine your strategy for success.
• look at what your competition is doing.
• create a profile of your target web site visitor.
• answer your questions about us and give you our thoughts on how the web can help your business.
• have you complete a website quotation.
I will then provide you a written proposal outlining the proposed work to be done and what I believe the associated and future costs will be for hosting, maintaining and promoting the web site.
Upon
your acceptance of my proposal I will establish a schedule of activities and deadlines.
At this time I will require a 50% downpayment to begin work. Additional payment due dates will be outlined with the schedule.
